That Free is my ISP and I can access those files at high speed as it's their internal network (no need to leave to the internet).

When updating my old Mandriva installation (Mandriva repositories are mirrored by Free) I use to reach the bandwidth limit of my connection. When I moved to Mageia (used the urpmi method) it took me the whole night to upgrade while with Mandriva it used to take a few hours. Of course I won't die because of this, but it would be good to have it, not only for me, but also for a few millons french people.
