+It's not a matter of being friendly or unfriendly with beginners. It's
+a matter of the position towards the free/non-free issue and the fact
+that the usage of some tainted software may be illegal in a user's
+country. You can argue endlessly about this and never get to a result,
+so each distributor (Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian, Mandriva, Mageia, etc.)
+has to decide on his position. Ubuntu decided for "opt-out", Mageia
+decided for "opt-in".
