+Great, thank you, that should do the job (I get 600 kbps from the Wobo 
+machine, no bandwidth problem). I did a minimum install, and than from 
+console of the installed system a urpmi task-kde-minimum, that is now 
+grinding happily ahead.
+
+Not without problem - curl produced an error - but on a package I can 
+easily post-load.
+

Unless it is in a public place, where there is no expectations of privacy, or when they appear in an official capacity. (e.g. when they perform on behalf of their company.)

+when people do my work, but I really prefer when they tell me ).

+My memories of legal teaching at university say that depend on the
+number of people in the crowd ( at least in France ). But since I didn't

+i agree... no registration, free entry, in a public university building, alot 
+of conferences are being recorded. the room we reserved for the GA was for 
+mageia and had public entry.

+iinm last year we didn't ask permission for everyone, and so we shouldn't now.

+If  "missing 2 assemblies" means not being present at 2 GAs in a row,
+then we will have to think again: we can not close out those who are
+not able to come to Fosdem because of distance (i.e. overseas, asia,
+etc.) or small budget (like me this year). So far there is nobody who
+fits into "missing 2 GAs" yet because we only had 2 GAs in total and
+AFAIR none of the members missed both. Or do I misunderstand something

+Yes. That's technically "missing and not being represented" but the
+exact formulation is unclear, since we separate assembly and the voting
+( ie, we vote on the internet ). 
+
+So we have to decide exactly, and I have to find the previous year vote
+if there is someone to be moved to another group after the vote. 
+
+And the goal is to not keep people who are inactive since this would
+make harder to get the quorum later.

+Of the association ( more precisely, of "Mageia association active
+members " as seen on https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Org ). IE, I need to
+move people from the council group to another group in ldap, and reflect
+accordingly the wiki, after checking.

+Once the association-member group is correct, then we can start to see
+for voting. ( this and I need to remember how we do a vote, and maybe
+even do a documentation ).

I have firefox set to open in desktop 2 regardless of what desktop I am 
+in. I want to do this to my wife's computer. However I can not remember 
+how I did it. It's probably 2 years ago I did it and in ML and it now 
+works in Mageia. It must be someplace in the /home directory.
+
