+My IMAP server uses maildir folders and TB has no problem with them.
+The only thing I do find is that occasionally TB seems to forget to
+refresh the folders.  I either have to click on the folder to request
+a re-read, or if I think a lot of folders have changed it can be
+quicker and easier to just close TB and re-start it.  OTOH, I leave it
