I finally figured out an easy way to make Wi-Fi working nicely on Laptops with different Broadcomm 
+chips tested that do not work using the wl driver provided in none-free:
+BCM4311, BCM4318 (airforce-one)
+Install your system, but disable none-free medium (to prevent the installation of the wl driver)
+after re-booting and logging in the first time, shut down the box.
+Insert the live-DVD of same architecture
+boot the system using the live DVD. Check if your Wi-Fi works.
+
+Check as root which driver is loaded: lsmod
+If you find the b43 and brcm, copy the folders /lib/firmware/b43 and /lib/firmware/brcm from the live-
+DVD to your hard drive
+
+Add line "alias wlan0 b43 to /etc/modprobe.d/01_mga-config.conf
+
+If you reboot, you should now be able to turn on the Wi-Fi light (and to connect.)
+
+You now also need to reconfigure the shorewall, otherwise you cannot transmit any date.
+Add the lien to your /etc/shorewall/interfaces:
+
+net wlan0 detect
+
+Just below the already existing line 
+net eth0 detect
+
