+IIRC last cycle even those with freeze busting powers still posted
+Freeze Push request mails for the purposes of peer review etc.

+(small exceptions for certain tasks (e.g. my LSB'ification of
+initscripts etc.) which were somewhat late in the cycle were made of
+course, but for the general course of things I think it's probably a
+good practice generally, even if somewhat frustrating - still it keeps
+everyone who can bust freeze on their toes at least :D)
