+I want to add that, backports being usually one of the first things
+active (on the forums/IRC) users ask, they are a great way to do PR
+*and* to recruit new packagers/qa (with the argument: the backports
+won't happen by magic, please join the qa/packager team).
+The policy maybe could be that backports get QA tested like updates (as
+it is planned AFAIK), but that, from the QA team pov, they get the
+lowest priority (or backport QA requests are met by a "if you want QA,
+come help!") until there is more people in the team.
