+Ok i was able to reproduce here with kdenetwork4 where submit failed directly 
+since i have versionned buildrequires

+Submission errors, aborting:
+- kdenetwork4-4.8.0-1.mga2.src:
+ - Unresolved dep on kdebase4-devel >= 1:4.8.0
+
+kdebase4 4.8.0 is marked as uploaded  & kdenetwork4 was right after it on the 
+build order with my script.
