+My first reaction was, being a Gnome user myself, that if everything is 
+as stated, I tend to agree.
+But following the links, as well as working under gnome-shell, and 
+having a stand-alone mode, it works with compiz (which will appeal to 
+some users), and there are ports under development for gtk3 and xfce.
+It seems to be a sort of configurable icon-based menu system.
+There is no feature list as such, nor proposed new features, so it is a 
+little uncertain what are it's limitations.
