+If you want to install the kde part (wallyplugin subpackage)  you need to have 
+kdelibs4-devel as BR (which is going to install the wallyplugins.png , plasma-
+wallpaper-wallyplugin.desktop & plasma_wallpaper_wallyplugin.so)
+Of course if you add this you'll should also use kde4_macros for this part of 
+the spec.
