+Thomas, can you move *rpm*4.11*, perl-URPM, sytemtap perl-RPM4, perl-RPM2,
+*deltarpm*, *extractor*, *openscap*, rpmstats, sectool*, *zypp*, ruby-rpm

+If you prefer, I could submit rpm to core/release and recompile the rest.
+There's no need for special rpm+perl-URPM upload this time :

+- rpmdb remains identical

+There've been only a couple defines removal from the API for which I make
+sure everything recompile, so it's possible to just resubmit rpm & the rest.
