+You can use svn on svn://svn.mageia.org ( as said on the faq :

+That's rather the contrary, we kept the same rpm branch ( the one from rpm.org )
+and mandriva switched to another branch called rpm5. Usage is the same, packages are 
+mostly the same, but I guess internally, there was lots of changes.
