[Mageia-dev] Upgrade report : orphans, tainted software, remaining mdv packages

I upgraded my system using the boot.iso,
+
+First, I did a long orphans cleaning, checking them one by one in order to see 
+if some useful packages would be removed by error... 
+
+Among them, libreoffice, for which I opened a bug report, and x11 input and 
+video drivers for virtualbox, which prevents X to start if removed. 
+
+I noticed that my plf vlc was replaced by vlc in core, which has less codecs 
+AFAIK. This is perfectly normal from RPM point of view, but leads to a 
+question : will the tainted media be on by default during upgrade ? My opinion 
+is the best from the users's point of view is to ask the question : "do you 
+want to install software from the 'tainted' media, which contain useful 
+software which can be subject to legal issues in some countries (codecs, dvd 
+decoding...) ?". What is planned in this regard ?
+
+After removing the various orphan packages, here is the list of remaining
