+Improper lib packaging.
+
+Both lib64poppler13 and lib64poppler12 contain 
+_libdr/girepository-1.0/Poppler-0.16.typelib
+which should have been split into a seperate pkg when it was first
+introduced in the poppler pkg.
+
+Previously the typelib had been provided by gir-repository and no
+conflict existed.
