I'm planning on using my own urpmi-proxy (which has overlays)

i'm looking at such a thing, because afaik mgarepo has config files, if i set it
up locally a bit, this would upload locally.

the idea is to use a local repo in urpmi-proxy with an overlay, packages that
would be submitted by mgarepo (locally, not for real!!!) would be put in to
the overlay, so the next build could use it.

my urpmi-proxy that i made is still not packaged and it's not finished yet, but
i've been using it for my VM's for a while now.

i had kind of planned to display a text when booting it, with how to configure
it.
