+1) Please use a better changelog message, like "Rebuild for perl
+5.14". Increase rel for rebuild is not interesting when looking at the
+history of a package.
+2) How did you get the list of packages to rebuild? You seem to
+rebuild packages which don't need to be rebuilt. I noticed
+perl-Youri-Package which I wouldn't expect needing to be rebuilt.
