+perl 5.14.0 should arrive soon. it compiles fine on both i586 & x86_64,
+and it seem we fixed the only problem arisen in perl-URPM.

+since other packages need to be rebuilt in the same loop, and given that
+urpmi is written in perl, it needs a special treatment to bypass the
+regular bs upload.
+
+blino will likely do this magic dance & upload them in the coming hours -
+you may want to wait till his final go before updating your cauldron
+box.
+
+once this is done, it's still not time to update the perl modules to
+their latest version: binary perl modules need to be rebuilt against
+perl 5.14. to get the list:
+
+    $ urpmf --requires :perlapi-5.12 | cut -d: -f1 | sort -u
+
+there are 364 of them at the time of speaking. and of course some of
+them need to be rebuilt before others. [0]

+to rebuild one of those binary packages:
+    1- wait for blino to announce perl 5.14.0 availability
+    2- check out the package
+    3- bump mkrel in package spec file
+    4- mgarepo submit
+    5- if build fails on bs, then it's likely that a missing binary
+       module is missing: proceed the missing package
