+I believe that monthly download quotas are quite common in some 
+countries, although the "month" to which the quota applies is not always 
+a calendar month. My quota, for example, is re-set on my billing date, 
+which is not the first day of the month.

+I have no idea how many people have quotas that renew on the first of
