+Well I could not say about rsync (I'm syncing my mirror in Germany
+with distrib-coffee in France) but I tried mirrors.kernel.org with my
+Mageia system at home and even from here across the ocean I received
+all updates (Cauldron) with my maximum speed (32MBit/s download). So
+the mirror seems to be quite good and recommendable.
