+Well this is due to time constraints primarily as we need to get
+something out of the door soon and this likely means using subversion,
+but this is not totally decided yet and I, for one, will very much be
+pushing for a git migration for package management as soon as practicable.

+Hopefully when this migration happens Mandriva will be able to use this
+experience to also consider using git (with the number of contributors
+obviously finite, I'd hope that the benefits of a DVCS would be apparent
+as such an architecture is obviously beneficial to both Mandriva and
