+Yes. We essentially already have this with the step in the installation 
+process at the "Pick your desktop":

+KDE(checkbox)..Gnome(checkbox)..Personalized (checkbox)
+
+(Note that on this page I would have a "Help" link describing what each 
+of these choices represent)
