+May I emphasize your point about IRC:
+IRC has one major drawback. All information, ideas, opinions given on
+IRC are only available to those people who are present in the moment
+when such ideas, opinions and informations are given/discussed. All
+other people (the vast majority) is not present, even dedicated IRC

+So IMHO important issues should never be discussed on IRC, less
