[Mageia-bugsquad] Bugzilla: NEEDDATA tag on whiteboard?

We must be careful about adding new keywords, and try to make sure people 
+understand them. I must admit the meaning of NEEDDATA here is not very clear 
+to me. All those bugs are already assigned to sysadmins, sysadmins should be 
+the ones who triage their own bugs once assigned, in my opinion.
