[Mageia-artwork] the main panel items

Donald, Arabic is right-to-left, and so the system is designed to reflect
+that. Obviously in Western languages the panel will be backwards,
+left-to-right.
+But I don't see the point. KDE comes with a perfectly good and infinitely
+customizable panel. Why reinvent the wheel?
