+Why not, although this is still strongly branded after previous
+mozilla.org theme. I would stay on the default skin and only adjust

+Adding the global nav bar is a matter of... adding the code and the
+style. My point is that: every site must suppose that there will be
+this top nav bar and this influences the site own navigation and
+design.
