We introduce the "Intel Kernel Mode setting" group (driver "modesetting") to be
choosen for Intel cards not not working well with the standard Intel DDX
driver (driver "intel"). While in theory "modesetting" is common across many card
vendors, we split as specific "Intel Kernel Mode setting" for Intel cards so that,
eventually, different "LINE" options can be specified in the Cards+ file.
