In this step, the installer looks for unused locales packages and unused hardware packages. Then it proposes you to delete them. It is a good idea to accept, except if you prepare an installation which has to run on different hardware. The next step is the copying of files on hard disk. This takes some minutes. At the end, you get a blank screen for some time, it's normal.
