spec: Replace not working awk command with sed (#382)

Sed command get version number from spec file and increment last
number by one. Work like old awk command was intended to work.

  GitHub will create a new commit with different hash (merge) when
  applying the pull-request, and so the tag ended up pointing to wrong
  commit hash...

  For now we have to tag the release commits manually.
