Subject: libvirt integration: start spice-vdagent{d,}

Aka Qemu guest agent (needs virtio-console)
Thus we got keyboard integration on tty w/o having first to click

Note: since we do not use systemd-logind, spice-vdagentd must be started
with the '-X' option
