fix no previous button when using ask_okcancel() in wizard mode due to *very*
ugly "$common->{cancel} = '' if !defined wantarray();" in interactive.pm
anyway, the whole pre_func() idea was totally dumb
it now looks a little cleaner
making all main configuration callbacks having the same prototype and name
would enable further cleanups (direct call to
network::$net_module{$type}::configure(...);)
