- fix label of entry in help
- move help from tooltips into separate page (#9894)
rationale:
- there's already a "help" button that do the same thing as mcc one
- Gtk+ only support tooltips on widgets that have their own X window (which new
GtkComboBox widget has not)
- tooltips are usefull on first run but then are just annoying
