  when plug is realize, it's just cleaner to centralize/consolidate the child
  embedding in mcc
  this of course, need a newer up-to-date mcc
  what's more, it allows to remove the somewhat mythical
  "$::isEmbedded and kill 'USR2', $::CCPID;"
