Now that initrds are generated via dracut, there is no need to prepare kernel modules.
This sadly removes support for passing in a kernel rpm file, but such is life.

(recompress_modules) kill it as we do not need anymore to recompress

- RPMS/ is not used anymore, pkgs given an command line are installed directly in all.kernels/
- RPMS/.main is replaced by all.kernels/.list which keeps the ordering of kernels given to update_kernel
