Subject: fixing keyboard focus during install: - removed aewm-drakx which
 doesn't work nicely - fix @interactive::objects handling   (don't push non
 pop_it windows, ensure destroyed windows are removed) - ensure XSetInputFocus
 is called on $::WizardWindow
