- Let printer name, description, location be entered after determining the model in the add printer wizard
- Let default print queue name be derived from the model instead of being "Printer", "Printer1", ...
- Simplified print queue name generation in non-interactive printer setup
- Fixed "Previous" button in the test page step of the add printer wizard.
