Fixes to use speedtouch kernel driver / drop userspace one
(happy modem with both 2.4 and 2.6)
- fix modem_run parameters to use kernel driver
- change/move pty declaration in /etc/ppp/peers/adsl
- plugin pppoatm has to be set and vpi.vci too
- new net_cnx_{up/down}, speedtouch.sh seems to be useless now
