draklive-config used to append a line to /etc/pam.d/polkit-1 to allow
draklive-install to access the display when running as root. The
original  polkit-1 file moved to /lib/pam.d, so draklive-config now
drops a complete replacement file in /etc/pam.d and flags it not to
be installed, so we no longer need to do this cleanup in the installed
system.
