We avoid copying /media from the live system to avoid copying unwanted
mount points, but we want the base directory to exist in the installed
system.

Remove orphans after removing unwanted locales / hardware support.

Force regeneration of initrd.

Now we have an initrd on the live system (to support clean shutdown),
we need to make sure it is regenerated in the installed system, to
remove the live-specific dracut modules.
