Rename 'languages' to 'lang'

The list of languages available to the gfxboot menu is stored in a file
which used to be called "languages". However, when using isolinux this
file can't be found because its name is too long (9 chars). Renaming it
to langs fixes that problem

Add git support to make dist (in addition to svn support)

- for syslinux, some files must be in "bootlogo", while most of them can be
outside of "bootlogo"
- for grub, "message.dir" files are all in "message" file, so message.dir is
useless

we want all langs by default in our /boot/gfxmenu (for grub)
