use latest ugtk2 feature so that mcc pack tables behave smoother
(all table columns behaving like last column of drakx's pack tables)
look at wizard section (aka "server configuration"), the rendering is much,
much nicer and smoother as for text alignment on icons.
there still something do when text description is too short (less than 3
lines), where text is still badly aligned, we always fall back on
reusing gtk::textview widget (i18n/l10n aware regarding justification,
growing, ...) or redo everything at hand with gtk::drawing_area which would be
just stupid
