* Added 'groups' stuff, where we have different group bits that we canterry%netscape.com1999-03-121-0/+1
| | | | | | put on a person or on a bug. Some of the group bits control access to bugzilla features. And a person can't access a bug unless he has every group bit set that is also set on the bug.
* Changed the way password validation works. We now keep aterry%netscape.com1998-09-031-0/+1

Stop passing the plaintext password around as a cookie; instead, we have a cookie that references a record in a new database table, logincookies.
