The packages were mainly built by Balcaen John (aka mikala), he's an
mdv contributor. IINM MIB offered a mirror for the packages he built;
also they said they rebuilt some packages to fix some bugs.

Since mikala doesn't have access to ftp.kde.org, neoclust uploaded
4.5.2 there; but not 4.5.3 (neoclust is probably busy with other
stuff).

FWIW 4.5.2 was built by mikala too IIRC :). So the packages should be good.
