Well, who own the patents now ?

I don't know who owns this particular patent from iPIX:
Sony (larvatus prodiens, i e anymously ) baught 28 patents  in 2007
Minds-Eyes-View won the auction for the remaining (trademark, softwares etc...)

But this doesn't solve the more global problem of rpms with patent problems (how to have them clearly  built and identified : need different suffixes ?)
