[Mageia-dev] Freeze push: lazarus

Hi,

Can someone please push lazarus (Free Pascal IDE)? This is the stable 
version 0.9.30.4 instead of the snapshot version 0.9.30.1 currently in 
Cauldron.

More importantly though, the package currently in Cauldron only shows 
blank windows. See bug reports

https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4756

Building the updated package locally, these problems have disappeared.
