This package requires unrar from nonfree.
The possible solutions:
- Replace the Requires with a Suggests if it can work without unrar
- Move kwooty to nonfree if it is not usable without unrar
- Require the free unrar from http://download.gna.org/unrar/ which I
think is useless as it can not open recent rar files
