I would suggest that registering nobody as a mailing list, so that
every interested packagers could join to help.

Of course, I'll happy doing this work. As what I'm currently doing.
But I don't have time doing works regarding solving bugs, cause it is
very difficult to fix bugs belonging to orphan packages.
