+The easiest way is to run Squid on your machine and point your browser to it, then check the Squid logs. You can also install sarg and/or
+squidanalyzer (currently available in Cauldron/mga2) to generate reports from your squid logs to see which sites are receiving the most
+connections and which are using the most bandwidth. Additionally, you can install squidguard and do some domain or url regex blocking.
