\| \| \| \| \| \| \|	16x16.fnt was built using (partially) a non-free font (see bug #30565) and was missing characters needed by the Kirghiz language (bug #48474). This new font should fix these 2 issues. Thanks a lot to Ilyas Bakirov for chasing down this issue and rebuilding this font file.
